First of all, it's good to see some familiar faces from mp3car. I've been planing a carpc build for a little over a year now and that forum was an invaluable resource early on.
Anyway on to the question: Everything is wired in and works perfectly when I use a standard (120v) power supply, however my Opus dcx6.360 doesn't do anything. I get a single blink of the green LED once about every 15 seconds and that's it. The user guide indicates a single flash once every 10 seconds indicates "Battery voltage is below normal operating range", however I'm reading 12.6v resting and this is confirmed at the harness that provides power to the Opus. Voltage drop is not an issue as I have around 200ah/2000CA of battery. I have tried every option on the voltage startup/shutdown jumper to no avail. The switched 12v wire to tell the supply when to turn on is seeing the same voltage as battery when switched.
I'm at a loss - is there something else I should be doing?
Thanks for looking

Can you let us know what jumpers you have installed so we can check your settings. Also, let us know which pins of the power connecter are connected to battery+, battery- and ignition.

I figured it out. Apparently there are two version of the 360, or two different installation guides at least. The older printout I have listed one of the jumpers (position 8) as part of the shut-down delay time selection circuit, however the current guide posted on their website lists position 8 as the selector between 12v/24v. Almost everything in both guides is identical besides this small change. Anyway - thanks for taking the time to respond but it's working perfectly now.
If anyone is wondering here's the system:
