I am in the process of re-developing my All-in-One board V2.0 It will be a similar design but utilizing more common parts. The Board will feature OBD2/J1939 using Scantools STN1110 chip, Phidgets 1010 chip, 2 on-board GL850g chips for USB connectivity. Front and rear parking distance based on the open source Pic chip I had posted earlier. A 9pin Serial port for connecting the AVE TPMS kit and 1 spare USB 2.0 port. All this will be on 1 level and not 2 as previous board was. The board should be ready just after the New Year. SNO

Before you fully finalize you should look into the ESP32 module.
It is a pretty interesting chip for you to add to your project.
The M2 uses it as a WiFi, Bluetooth adapter but it is a full on processor.
Could potentially make it a stand alone system without needing a PC in a very compact box.
The M2 can do a lot of what your doing with this board too, just a consideration. (M2 as a ODBII module also has 6 digitial and 6 analog inputs with 6 digital outputs, an SPI connection and Serial port (UART) available to add additional stuff, and an XBEE port which can have WiFi/BlueTooth/Cellular or whatever. It is Arduino based.)

The problem with adding Bluetooth/wifi is it's not needed for what I need it to do. I have other devices that do similar work that are based on Arduino Mega. SNO

Ok here is the final version that is on its way to the PCB fabricator. Should have the first batch around the first week of February. SNO
