For a long time, I've had an idea in my head for a mouse that didn't require twisting my wrist. Turns out, I am not the only one. Since my hand is in a cast, I cannot turn my wrist enough to use a regular mouse. So I ordered this for $20 off Amazon: I feel this may be a life-changer. I wouldn't use it for high-speed gaming, but for daily mousing at work it seems awesome. Requires 2x AAA batteries No driver download / install. It just works. Showed it to coworkers. Most responded with "where do i get one?" 5 buttons (3x thumb, 2x standard buttons), plus wheel Here's the full info. www.anker.com/products/variant/2.4G-Wireless-Vertical-Ergonomic-Mouse/98ANWVM-UBAOr just google Vertical Mouse for alternatives. MicroCenter carries some vertical mice too ($40+) www.microcenter.com/search/search_results.aspx?Ntt=vertical+mouse

We have those at work for some users who have RSI.
Some like them, some don't.
I find them a pain when I have to use them though. Maybe because I am not used to them.

There are better ones that have a little flare at the bottom to keep the blade of your hand from rubbing on the mousepad.

I am a professional photoshop and illustrator graphics designer and my mouse stopped working a few days ago. So, while searching about a mouse for adobe illustrator i came along with 10 mices and I am looking forward to buy Logitech MX vertical. Is it a good choice or not?
